Trainer Course in Trenching Safety

This course reviews the Federal and California OSHA requirements for excavation and trenching activities.  Emphasis will be placed on prevention strategies and practices such as inspections, permitting procedures, soil analysis, and competent person responsibilities.

Required Prerequisite:  Students must have completed Excavation, Trenching and Soil Mechanics (OSHA 3010) prior to taking this course.
