Cal/OSHA Standards for the Construction Industry (OSHA 5109)

Developed in partnership with CAL/OSHA, this new 4 day course emphasizes Title 8 Construction Industry standards and compliance. Topics include IIPP,Ergo,Electrical and many others. The course also provides existing Fed OSHA trainers an endorsement authorizing them to teach 10 & 30 hr Federal- Cal/OSHA outreach courses. Resources and Cal/OSHA training guidelines will be covered. Weekend classes are either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday 8am-4:30 pm.

Note: Important - Students taking this course who want to receive the Cal/OSHA Outreach Trainer designation, must meet the following prerequisites. Required Prerequisites: OSHA 500 or 502 (must be a current trainer). One year of Cal/OSHA construction safety experience. OSHA 500 card must be brought to class.
