Making safety and health a vital component of all workplaces is the aim of the upcoming safety expo. The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration, in partnership with University of California San Diego Extension OSHA Training Institute Education Center (OTIEC), will be hosting the safety expo for the public with seminars and courses. The event is open to contractors, small business owners, professional technical educators, businesses required to follow OSHA standards, and anyone interested in creating a safer workplace. This is a great opportunity to have your questions answered and to gather resources to increase safety in your workplace. Attendees will receive materials and a certificate of attendance.

Note: The purpose of this course section is to announce the Safety Fest in Waipahu, Hawaii (Oahu). ENROLLMENT IN THIS SECTION IS NOT REQUIRED. For questions, please email oshatraining@ucsd.edu.
