Hector M. Escarcega, CSP, CSL, ARM, is President of Bilingual Solutions International. He is a bilingual trainer, consultant, and motivational speaker with over 21 years working as a Risk Management Human Resource Professional. Hector received his undergraduate degree in Safety Administration and Master’s Degree in Industrial Hygiene from USC.
