Our Instructors

John Sterritt, MSIH, MBA, CSP, ARM, serves as the Risk Management Inspector General of the County of Los Angeles. John has over 20 years in the EH&S field and was formally Senior Manager, Safety, Health and Environmental Affairs, for Boeing Integrated Defense Systems, Long Beach, CA. In addition, he also served as the Corporate Risk Manager for Con Agra Grocery Products Company and the Corporate Manager for Worker and Fleet Safety Services at the Coca-Cola Company. He has a bachelors degree in Occupational Safety and Health Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s Degree in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Southern California and a Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
