Joaquin Diaz, CSP, CHST, OHST is the Regional Safety Manager for Dick Pacific in Hawaii. He has 11 years experience in safety and health with 8 of those in construction. Joaquin has worked as a private consultant and served in many capacities in the construction industry in Hawaii and with HIOSH. He currently is serving as Safety Liaison to the Legislative Commitee for GCA, working to influence laws pertaining to Workers' Comp.
