Respiratory Protection (OSHA 2225)

This course covers the requirements for the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of a respirator program. After completing this course, participants will be able to identify and describe the major elements of a respiratory protection program following the requirements in 29CFR 1910.134, discuss the technical aspects for the proper selection and use of respiratory protection, and evaluate compliance with OSHA's respiratory protection standard by using the compliance directive and the "Small Entity Compliance Guide."

Recommended Prerequisite: OSHA 511 or OSHA 501.
